How do I and my team do it?

►INFORMATION GATHERING:  We make sure that we know your exact requirements.  What are your goals, challenges, business case?  A series of online or phone conversations, and document exchange works well here.

► IDENTIFY CHALLENGES/MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS:  Often a business simply needs another set of eyes, trained and experienced in solutions that work.  A gap analysis, SWOT analysis, ratio analysis, or additional marketing path may be all that is needed to send things off in a new, optimized direction.  We love this part, as it is where the “art” of business development takes place—A newly crafted solution can be a thing of beauty!

► DEVELOP A PLAN:  If a project is involved, we develop and present a project road-map.  Business case, scope, risk analysis, timelines, budget, resources, team development, communications are all important.

► WORK THE PLAN:  As in building a house, once all the planning is done and the foundation is laid, the actual structure can often go up surprisingly fast.  Managing team, quality communications, risks, budget, schedule, scope, changes and all of the other details in a timely and transparent manner are our priorities at this stage.

► CLOSE THE PROJECT:  Projects shouldn’t just fade out.  Deliverables are transferred.  Lessons learned and any organizational process assets that will make future projects more efficient are created and delivered.
